Olympic Chest Workout
In honor of the upcoming London games, Crunch has been offering a new fitness class, The Decathlon, at one of its Manhattan locations. Each 60-minute sweat session draws inspiration from one of 10 sports (including track, swimming, boxing, and gymnastics) for its total-body exercise routine. Since we're guessing not everyone can make it to the Big Apple to try the course firsthand, its instructor Vladimir—who by day conducts cancer research—has shared with us four Olympics-inspired workouts.
