Rowing is one of the hardest total-body workouts you can do. So it makes sense that to be the best, you need to have a strong core. Enter 2012 Olympic rowing gold medalist Susan Francia. To keep her tummy toned, she depends on core stability workouts like this one, which engages your entire core by challenging it to keep your body stable and your spine neutral during every rep. Do it three times a week, using the five moves as a circuit: Complete as many reps of each exercise as you can in one minute, moving from one to the next with little to no rest. Rest for 60 to 90 seconds, then repeat up to three times total.
