For as long as I've worked at Fitbie, I've listened to dietitian after dietitian sing the praises of Greek yogurt. It's a good source of calcium, has less sugar than other types of yogurts, and serves up a huge serving of protein, which means it makes you fill full. However, having grown up on non-Greek varieties, I was slow to warm to this superfood.

Enter Olympus. Its smooth texture makes it a great brand for Greek newbies. It's creamy and comes in tasty flavors like honey, vanilla, and lemon. Plus, depending on which type you choose, you'll get between 11 and 15 grams of protein. The yogurt is  actually made in Greece, and the secret behind its silky texture is known only to the two owners of the company (crazy, right?). I enjoy it with a little bit of granola and whatever fruit happens to be in season (peaches and strawberries are my favorite right now). Visit olympusdairyusa.com to find out where you can give Olympus a whirl.
