On Monday, September 24 select New York, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D.C. Sports Clubs roll out a new, presidential-themed fitness class, Fit for Office.

The 50-minute program tests your strength and cardio with 10 politically themed exercises. Participants build Paul Ryan abs with oblique twists, work on their Michelle Obama arms with pushups, get on their  "soap box" with box jumps, and wield a kettlebell in "swing state." Best of all, exercisers get work out their frustration with those incessant campaign commercials by practicing their hooks and jabs on punching mitts adorned with Romney and Obama masks (at the end of the class I took, both faces were pretty beat up, I must have been sweating alongside a bipartisan crew). Appropriately, the soundtrack for the session featured patriotic numbers, like Miley Cyrus's "Party in the USA," Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA," and, natch, "Don't Stop," by Fleetwood Mac (you can listen to all of the star-spangled songs on Spotify).

Plus, good news for the 99-percenters: The class is free for members and non-members. You can check out a class schedule at mysportsclubs.com
