Jessica Simpson's Weight Loss Secret
While Jessica Simpson may not be ready to slip into her Daisy Dukes yet, she is already sporting an amazing post-baby body.
Following the birth of baby Maxwell in May, Simpson joined Weight Watchers to trim the extra weight off her tiny 5 ft. frame. She’s reportedly lost 60 pounds since beginning the program and TMZ has a copy of the strict, but tasty, meal plan that helped her shed.
According to the documents, Simpson jumpstarted her weight loss with a 15-day smoothie diet before transitioning into a full menu that included “real” foods like sirloin burgers and chocolate chip cookies.
New moms (and everyone else who aspires to drop a few) can grab the full plan here. Simpson’s private chef is not included.
