At 29, Gaddour is known as a top Men's Health fitness adviser, and one of the most shredded guys you'll probably ever meet. As the saying goes, his abs have abs. And his biceps have biceps. But when he was in high school, Gaddour weighed 275 pounds and wore size 44 pants. Worse, he suffered from debilitating knee pain that made him feel like he "was 17 going on 77."
On a family cruise, he saw a photo of himself that inspired him to make a change. "I knew I was overweight," he says. "But for some reason, I had never seen myself as I really looked. That picture literally changed my life."
