45-Degree Cable External Rotation

  1. Stand at an angle to the weight stack. Hold your upper arm at a 45-degree angle to your body. Your upper arm should be at an angle between parallel to the floor and the side of your torso.
  2. Without changing the position of your upper arm, rotate your forearm up and back as far as you can.
