90-Degree Cable External Rotation for Men

90-Degree Cable External Rotation

  1. Stand facing the weight stack. Hold your upper arm at a 90-degree angle to your body. Pull your shoulders down and hold them that way. Your palm should be facing behind you.
  2. Without changing the position of your upper arm, rotate your forearm up and back as far as you can.
