Alternating Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension

  1. Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie faceup on a flat bench. Hold the dumbbells over your head with straight arms, your palms facing each other. 
  2. Instead of lowering both dumbbells at once, lower them one at a time, in an alternating fashion.
