Alternating Lateral Raise with Static Hold for Men

Alternating Lateral Raise with Static Hold

  1. Stand holding a pair of dumbbells straight out from your sides. Your arms should be at shoulder level with your palms facing forward.
  2. Hold your left arm in the up position as you lower and raise your right arm. Then lower and raise your left arm. That's one repetition.

This move has been excerpted from The Men's Health Big Book of Exercises by Adam Campbell.
