Alternating Swiss-Ball Dumbbell Shoulder Press for Men

Alternating Swiss-Ball Dumbbell Shoulder Press

  1. Sit on a Swiss ball with your torso upright. Hold a pair of dumbbells just outside your shoulders, with your arms bent and palms facing each other.
  2. Lift the dumbbells one at a time, in an alternating fashion. As you lower one dumbbell, press the other one up.
