Barbell Front Squat to Push Press for Men
Barbell Front Squat to Push Press
- Hold the bar with an overhand grip that's just beyond shoulder width. Raise your upper arms until they're parallel to the floor. Set your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Keeping your upper arms parallel to the floor, push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body as far as you can.
- Simultaneously push your body back to the start as you press the bar over your head.
Tip Don't round your lower back when you squat.
