Barbell Jump Shrug Row for Women
Barbell Jump Shrug
- Grab a barbell with an overhand grip that's just beyond shoulder-width. Bend at your hips and knees until the barbell hangs just below your knees. Your lower back should be slightly arched.
- Simultaneously thrust your hips forward, shrug your shoulders forcefully, and jump as high as you can. Land as softly as you can, and reset.
Tip Keep your arms arms straight and the bar close to your body.
