Barbell Shoulder Press for Women
Barbell Shoulder Press
- Grab a barbell with an overhand grip that's just beyond shoulder width, and hold it at shoulder level in front of your body. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Push the barbell straight overhead, leaning your head back slightly but keeping your torso upright. Pause, then slowly lower your body back to the starting position.
