Barbell Split Jerk for Men

Barbell Split Jerk

  1. Grab a barbell with an overhand grip that's just beyond shoulder-width, and hold it at shoulder level in front of your body.
  2. Dip your knees.
  3. Explosively push up with your legs as you press the barbell over your head. As you press the barbell, split your legs apart so that you land in a staggered stance, one foot in front of the other.
