Barbell Straight-Leg Deadlift to Row for Men

Barbell Straight-Leg Deadlift to Row

  1. Grab a barbell with an overhand grip and hold it at arm's length in front your thighs. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Your knees should remain slightly bent throughout the lift.
  2. Keeping your back naturally arched, bend at your hips and lower torso until it's nearly parallel to the floor.
  3. Pull the bar to your upper abs. Pause, then reverse through each step of the movement to return to the starting position.

Tip Don't round your lower back.
