Barbell Straight-Leg Deadlift to Row for Men
Barbell Straight-Leg Deadlift to Row
- Grab a barbell with an overhand grip and hold it at arm's length in front your thighs. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Your knees should remain slightly bent throughout the lift.
- Keeping your back naturally arched, bend at your hips and lower torso until it's nearly parallel to the floor.
- Pull the bar to your upper abs. Pause, then reverse through each step of the movement to return to the starting position.
Tip Don't round your lower back.
