Cable Row to Neck with External Rotation
- Attach a rope handle to the cable and position yourself in front of the machine with your feet braced.
- Pull the middle of the rope toward your face, as you squeeze your shoulder blades together and rotate your upper arms and forearms up and back. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
