Cycling Russian Twist for Women
Cycling Russian Twist
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent. Lift your legs so they're elevated but parallel with the floor. Hold your arms straight out in front of your chest with your palms together. Lean back so your torso is at a 45-degree angle to the floor. Brace your core and extend your left leg and twist to the right as you pull your right knee to your chest. Don't let your legs touch the floor at any point during the move.
- Rotate to the left as you raise your left knee and straighten your right leg.
