Decline Dumbbell Fly for Women
Decline Dumbbell Fly
- Grab a pair of dumbbells and lie faceup on a decline bench. Hold the dumbbells over your chest with your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing out.
- Without changing the bend in your elbows, slowly lower the dumbbells down and slightly back until your upper arms are parallel to the floor.
