Dumbbell Jump Shrug for Women
Dumbbell Jump Shrug
- Grab a pair of dumbbells and let them hang at arm's length, your palms facing your sides. Bend at your hips and knees until the dumbbells hang just below your knees.
- Simultaneously thrust your hips forward, shrug your shoulders forcefully, and jump as high as you can. Land as softly as you can, and reset.
