Dumbbell Rotational Lunge for Men
Dumbbell Rotational Lunge
- Hold a pair of dumbbells at arm's length next to your sides, your palms facing each other. Lift your left foot and step to the left and back, placing that foot so it's diagonal to your body and pointed toward 8 o'clock.
- Shift your weight onto your left leg, pivot on your right foot, and lower your body into a lunge as you simultaneously rotate your torso and the dumbbells to the left, over your front leg. Reverse the movement and push yourself back up to the start. Complete the prescribed number of reps with your left leg, then do the same number with your right leg. (Your right foot will point to 4 o'clock.)
Tip Your right foot should rotate to the point in the same direction as your left foot.
