Dynamic Warmup: Pogo Hop

Pogo Hop

  1. Stand in an athletic stance with your feet hip-width apart and your arms bent around 90 degrees.
  2. Keeping your body upright, repeatedly jump up, allowing your feet to move only a few inches from the floor. Keep your ankles locked, toes flexed up, and foot contact on the balls of your feet.
