Incline Swiss-Ball Dumbbell Chest Press
- Position yourself on your back on a Swiss ball so your torso is at a 45-degree angle to the floor. Hold the dumbbells straight above your chin, with your arms straight.
- Lower the dumbbells so that they end up just outside your upper chest. Pause, then press the weights back up to the starting position.
