Look Better Naked! Side Plank
Side Plank (1A)
Lie on your left side with your elbow underneath your shoulder. Your body should be in a straight line with your legs stacked one on top of the other. Balancing on your forearm and your foot, raise your hips as high as you can. Keep your core tight. This is a static exercise, so hold this position for the 15 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, and then switch sides.
