Look Better Naked! Wide Out
Wide Out
1. Stand with your feet together and your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height, with your palms facing each other.
2. Jump and spread your legs so that you land, heels first, with your feet wide apart. While you're jumping, simultaneously open your arms so that they extend straight out to your sides. Close your arms as you jump back to the starting position.
