Lying Triceps Extension to Close-Grip Bench Press
- Start by doing an EZ-bar lying triceps extension, performing as many reps as you can until you start to struggle.
- Then, without changing the position of your hands, lower the bar to your chest and immediately switch to a bench press. Complete as many reps as you can with perfect form.
