Pushup with Leg Lift

  1. Get into a pushup position, forming a straight line from shoulders to heels. Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the floor.
  2. Push back to start, then squeeze your glutes to lift your right foot about six inches off the floor. Lower your foot. That's one rep. Do another pushup, then lift your left foot. Continue alternating.

Make it easier Place your hands on a step or bench to elevate your upper body.

Make it harder Lift your foot at the bottom of the pushup, then press back to start with it lifted.
