Rebound Jump for Men

Rebound Jump

  1. Hold a medicine ball just under your chin, with your arms tucked in to your sides. Quickly squat halfway down, so your thighs are at 45 degrees. 
  2. Straighten your arms overhead as you explode upward off the floor. Land with your knees soft, lower the ball, and immediately sink into your next repetition.
