Rebound Jump
- Hold a medicine ball just under your chin, with your arms tucked in to your sides. Quickly squat halfway down, so your thighs are at 45 degrees.
- Straighten your arms overhead as you explode upward off the floor. Land with your knees soft, lower the ball, and immediately sink into your next repetition.
