Single-Arm Rope Triceps Pressdown
- Hold an end of the rope attached to the high pulley of a cable station with your right hand, your palm facing in.
- Without moving your upper arms, pull the rope down until your elbow is locked. Slowly return to the startign position. Complete the prescribed number of reps with your right arm, then immediately do the same number with your left arm.
