Slim Calm Sexy: Up Dog

Up Dog

  1. Keeping your palms pressed down, straighten your arms, roll your shoulders down and back, and press your chest forward. Let your thighs and shins come up off the floor.
  2. Bend your elbows slightly and sway your torso from side to side to release tension. Gently press the tops of your feet against the floor; your knees can also remain on the floor to help support your lower back.
