Down Dog Split, Open Hips

  1. From standing, come down to all fours. Spread your fingers wide on your mat. Make sure your wrists are under your shoulders and your knees are under your hips.
  2. Open your hips to the right and lift your right leg up high behind you, pointing your toes. Keep your shoulders square to the floor. Stay here for 5 inhales and exhales.
