Slim Calm Sexy: Warrior III, Hands on Shin

Warrior III, Hands on Shin

  1. Bend at the hips and lengthen your torso forward so it's parallel to the floor, reaching your arms straight forward past your ears.
  2. Shift your weight onto your right leg and lift your hips, raising your left leg until it's parallel to the floor.
  3. Flex your left foot. Bring your hands down to the front of your right shin.
