Step Walkover for Women
Step Walkover
Get into pushup position with your palms on a 6- to 12-inch step. Keeping your legs, spine, and neck aligned, shift your weight onto your right arm and place your left palm on the floor. Next, push up with your left hand and place your right palm on the floor. Now, step up with your right hand (shown), then with your left. That's one rep. Repeat, stepping down to the opposite side.
