Swiss-Ball Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
- Grab a pair of dumbbells and sit upright on a Swiss ball. Hold the dumbbells at arm's length above your head, your palms facing each other.
- Without moving your upper arms, lower the dumbbells until your forearms are at least parallel to the floor.
Tip Keep your core tight and don't allow your body to lean backward or forward.
