Swiss-Ball Dumbbell Shoulder Press for Women
Swiss-Ball Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- Sit on a Swiss ball with your torso upright. Hold a pair of dumbbells just outside your shoulders, with your arms bent and palms facing each other.
- Press the weights upward until your arms are completely straight. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
