Twisting Standing Dumbbell Curl for Men
Twisting Standing Dumbbell Curl
Start with a hammer grip, with your hands next to your thighs. Your pamls should be facing each other and your arms should be straight.
As you curl the weights, rotate your palms so that you're using a standard grip in the top position. (Your palms should be facing your shoulders.) Don't move your upper arms and keep your chest up.
