Weighted Russian Twist for Women

Weighted Russian Twist

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat. With both hands, hold the ends of a dumbbell, the sides of a weight plate, or a medicine ball. Lean back so your torso is at a 45-degree angle to the floor.
  2. Brace your core, and rotate your torso to the right as far as you can. 
  3. Rotate to the left as far as you can.
