Wide-Grip Jump Shrug for Men
Wide-Grip Jump Shrug
- Grab a barbell with an overhand grip that's about twice shoulder-width. Bend at your hips and knees until the barbell hangs just below your knees.
- Thrust your hips forward, shrug your shoulders forcefully, and jump as high as you can. Land as softly as you can, and reset.
