Wide-Stance Goblet Squat

  1. With both hands, hold a dumbbell vertically next to your chest. Set your feet above twice shoulder-width apart, your toes pointing out at an angle.
  2. Brace your abs, and lower your body as far as you can by pushing your hips back and bending your knees. Pause, then slowly push yourself back to the starting position.
