Work Out in Your Garage (with a Sledgehammer)
Grab a Barbell and Go Crazy
Sick of waiting behind other gym-goers for your next bench or machine? Go to the least-used part of your gym—the squat rack—and beat the crowd with this one-barbell, six-move workout.
To do it, perform 6 reps of each exercise, with no rest between moves. After you finish all the exercises, rest for 1 minute, then repeat all the moves (and rest) two more times. Don’t drop the barbell between rounds.
The exercises:
Barbell Squat
Barbell Good Morning
Barbell Split Jerk
Barbell Deadlift
Barbell Hang Pull
Barbell Front Squat
