Last is the classic side-lying abduction. To do it, lie on your side with legs straight and together (for serious Fonda cred, prop your head up on your hand with arm bent). Keeping your legs straight, lift your top leg up as if opening a pair of scissors. Return to start, and repeat 20 times.
