No matter what feat you're trying to achieve, your chances of success increase if you have a plan. “Take part in goal-setting and accomplish things one thing at a time,” recommends Susan Jacobson, program director for USA Gymnastics Trampoline and Tumbling. “Have a long-term goal, but focus on the little things to get you there.” Make a step-by-step list and reward yourself each time you’re able to cross something off.
