Standing Split Squat

  1. Bring your fingertips to the floor, with one hand on either side of each foot.
  2. Inhale as you bend both knees, lower your hips toward the floor, and bring your left knee outside your right ankle. Hover a few inches above the ground with your left shin parallel to the floor, toes pointed.
