Underhand-Grip Lat Pulldown
- Sit down in a lat pulldown station and grab the bar with an underhand grip that's just beyond shoulder width.
- Without moving your torso, pull the bar down to your chest as you continue to squeeze your shoulder blades. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
