Underhand-Grip Lat Pulldown

  1. Sit down in a lat pulldown station and grab the bar with an underhand grip that's just beyond shoulder width.
  2. Without moving your torso, pull the bar down to your chest as you continue to squeeze your shoulder blades. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
