Warmup Exercises for a Total Body Workout

Do-Anywhere Dynamic Warmup

Start with a warmup that actually makes you sweat. This one revs up your heart, loosens your muscles and gets your mind ready to tackle a total-body workout

Hip Swing

  1. Stand tall and hold on to a sturdy object with your left hand. Brace your core. Keep your left knee straight, and swing your left leg forward as high as you comfortably can.
  2. Then swing it back as far as you can. That's one rep. Swing back and forth continuously. Complete all your reps, then switch sides and repeat.

Swing for strength

  • 10 per leg
