Hip Swing
- Stand tall and hold on to a sturdy object with your left hand. Brace your core. Keep your left knee straight, and swing your left leg forward as high as you comfortably can.
- Then swing it back as far as you can. That's one rep. Swing back and forth continuously. Complete all your reps, then switch sides and repeat.
- 10 per leg
