Single-Arm Dumbbell Row

  1. Hold a bench in your right hand, and place your left hand and left knee on a flat bench. Lower your torso until it's almost parallel to the floor. Let the dumbbell hang at arm's length from your shoulder.
  2. Pull the dumbbell to the side of your chest. Pause, and reutrn to the starting position. Do all reps, switch sides, and repeat.
