Single-Arm Dumbbell Row
- Hold a bench in your right hand, and place your left hand and left knee on a flat bench. Lower your torso until it's almost parallel to the floor. Let the dumbbell hang at arm's length from your shoulder.
- Pull the dumbbell to the side of your chest. Pause, and reutrn to the starting position. Do all reps, switch sides, and repeat.
