Decline EZ-Bar Triceps Extension
- Grab an EZ-curl bar using an overhand grip, your hands a little less than shoulder-width apart. Lie faceup on a decline bench with your arms straight and hold the bar over your forehead.
- Without moving your upper arms, bend your elbows to lower the bar toward your head. Pause, and lift the weight back up by straightening your arms.
