- Begin by squatting with hands on the floor in front of you shoulder width apart.
- Jump your feet back to a high plank position then lower your chest to the floor, keeping your elbows close to your sides as you descend.
- With your core tight, perform a pushup to return to high plank and then jump your feet forward back to squat.
- Jump up and clap your hands together overhead. Land softly and return to squat position with your hands on the floor.
Make it Easier: Walk your feet in and out instead of jumping. You can also hold the high plank position if the pushup is too difficult.
Trainer Tip: This is a great move for any small space whether you’re in an apartment, at a busy gym, or even stuck in a cubicle.
