- Sink into a deep squat with your toes pointed out 30-degrees and your fingertips touching the floor. Keep your knees tracking over your toes.
- Push up from the floor and leap into the air, reaching your hands overhead. Land toe-heel with knees bent (to protect your joints) and sink back into your squat to prepare for your next jump.
Make it Easier: Place your hands on your thighs instead of the floor when you squat.
Make it Harder: Turn 180 degrees during each jump. After 10 jumps rotate in the opposite direction.
Trainer Tip: This amazing cardio exercise targets the legs and glutes, and opens up your hips. You wont need a lot of floor space—just a ceiling that’s high enough to accommodate your jump.
