Dip N’ Walk
- Sit on the floor with your legs bent, holding a set of hex dumbbells. Place the dumbbells at your sides, slightly behind you. Engage your shoulders, squeeze your butt, and press through your heels to lift your butt off the floor.
- Bend your elbows to perform a triceps dip.
- Straighten your arms. Keeping your butt lifted off the floor at all times, extend your right leg in front of you, followed by your left. Walk your feet back under your knees in the same order and then lower back down into your dip. Repeat.
Trainer Tip: If you’re really limited on space, perform this move using a chair in the room.
